About Integra

Integra, part of Hannover RE, are a specialist UK insurance service provider offering homeowner insurance products, specialist insurance schemes cover, as well as church and commercial insurance through their Congregational brand.

The challenge

Integra were seeking to develop the next generation of organisational leadership.  They needed to equip them with an understanding of effective leadership behaviour, the skills needed to lead strategically, and practical experience to support their development, aligned to the future needs of the business.

How we helped

We designed and delivered a focused programme of development incorporating interactive workshops and action learning sessions that allowed them to explore the practical application of the skills learned.  Participants designed their own processes to get feedback on their performance, aligned to the cultural and leadership expectations.  They then used the feedback to implement their own personal learning plan that they delivered during and after the programme.


Since the programme ended, three members of the cohort have been promoted to the senior management team, whilst all participants have seen significant improvements in workplace performance and leadership self-awareness.
