CReating a unified leadership team
Logic are a family owned and run manufacturer of products to enhance parks, gardens and other public domains. The development of a new manufacturing system that allowed them to deliver complex bespoke projects from a small number of kit components was opening opportunities for significant growth.
The Logic management team were divided on the way forward for the business and the best organisational structure to achieve success. In addition, there were no clear operating principles nor a defined culture to guide leadership decisions and the management of employees.
How we helped
We designed a series of workshops that took the leadership team through a process of defining their direction, strategic goals and culture. As part of this process, we facilitated a process of exploring individual motivations, allowing the team to develop an organisational language that met the aspirations of the whole leadership group.
Reservations with decisions already made were rapidly surfaced, leading to a new direction and strategy and a reshaping and refocusing of the leadership team.
Logic have experienced significant growth which they attribute to the cohesion and focus our workshops delivered. Our work with them continues, aligning the rest of the organisation with the strategy of the business and facilitating improved team working at every level.
