Interswitch are experiencing rapid growth, and are keen to establish a clear culture that supported the next phase of their development as an international business. They needed to ensure their core values were fully understood by their management teams and that senior leaders were challenged to provide consistent and effective role-modelling.
How we helped
VMAX were chosen to design a series of Interswitch Values Masterclasses to be delivered to hundreds of managers and senior leaders across the business. Delivered entirely remotely, the Masterclasses helped Interswitch leaders manage the challenges of operating in a high growth business that was African in focus, but with a need to operate with global partners.
Results
Over 500 have leaders attended the Masterclasses to date, with exceptional levels of engagement and highly rated feedback.
