A qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and experienced programme manager, Paul has extensive experience across a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines including leadership and professional development, executive coaching, innovation and organisational change.
Paul has led the delivery of a range of programmes across a broad range of subjects including innovative practice, process improvement, strategic planning, social media strategy and team working. He has delivered at all levels, from team members to senior leadership teams across a range of public and private sector organisations.
He has a strong interest in the changes that new technology can bring about, and how these changes can be practically implemented in a business context. This has resulted in the development and implementation of a number of leading edge tools across the transformation and people development agenda.
