Lou holds everything together behind the scenes at VMAX. With over 10 years experience managing complex change and learning programmes, she makes sure things happen and ensures our clients (and the team) are looked after.

After a successful career working in call centre operations for some of the UKs biggest businesses, Lou now manages the operations of all our development and change programmes, alongside studying to become a qualified counsellor.

A Bristol native, now based in the North East, Lou is kind, empathic and incredibly resourceful, always going the extra mile to look after our clients, and the rest of the VMAX team.
