Paul founded VMAX after a career in organisational development and change that included senior roles at some of the world’s biggest brands.
Paul has had a long and successful career in organisational change, working for some of the UK’s biggest businesses and leading the creation of the modern Bentley internal brand after it’s separation from Rolls Royce.
Paul has a PhD in organisational change and a background in occupational psychology that he has used to coach and advise senior leaders in major organisations around the world. In his downtime, Paul loves spending time with his horses and dogs – all of which are about the same size!
