Organisational change at Olympia

Olympia were in a rapidly changing situation.  In fact we start working with them when they were Earls Court Olympia, and worked with their management team throughout the eventual demolition of that once famous London landmark and the change to simply Olympia.

We helped their leadership team develop a coherent strategy for the new world, aligned to their organisational purpose and principles.  We also coached members of the team, supporting them through the transition process and helping them manage change more effectively.
