We met OCS when they attended a ‘High Performing Teams’ BootCamp we ran in London. They thought it was really valuable and would provide the perfect basis for a development workshop with their finance team.
The workshop focused on individual and team behaviours, and understanding why people reacted the way they did in certain situations. It was really eye-opening for them and gave them a language to explain behaviour and deal with relationships in a much more constructive way.
We put this learning to the test using a fantastic team exercise that we call ‘Planks’. A giant three-dimensional jigsaw puzzle that requires leadership, collaboration and determination to complete. We’ve used it hundreds of times over the years, and it never fails to provide brilliant insight on team behaviour.
